摘 要:进行了4个测试组共20个竹层积材钢夹板螺栓节点承压试验研究,并采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了螺栓节点的三维实体非线性有限元模型,分析了竹层积材厚度和螺栓直径对节点刚度、屈服载荷和破坏形式等力学性能的影响.研究表明:非线性有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,能够准确预测节点刚度、屈服载荷和破坏模式;随螺栓直径的增加,螺栓节点的刚度和屈服载荷大致呈线性增加;竹层积材厚度的增加能显著提高节点的极限载荷和延性系数;节点的破坏形式受螺栓直径和竹层积材厚度的共同影响,当节点破坏形态为Ⅰ型时,螺栓和竹层积材这2种材料的强度均能充分发挥且节点延性系数较高,节点力学性能最佳.Four groups of twenty bolted-connections with metal plates for laminated bamboo board were tested by compressive load. A 3-D nonlinear finite element(FE) model of bolted-connections was developed incorporating ABAQUS FE software. The effect of board thickness and bolt diameter on stiffness, yield strength and failure mode were analyzed. It is shown the nonlinear finite element analysis can be used to predict the stiffness, yield strength and failure models of the bolted-connections, for the results obtained by FE analysis agree well with those obtained by the test. Both the stiffness and the yield strength increase linearly with increase of bolt diameter. The ultimate strength and ductility of bolted-connection are im- proved by increasing the thickness of bamboo laminated board. Besides, the failure models of bolted-con- nection are affected by bolt diameter and the thickness of bamboo laminated board. When the failure model is type I , the strength of bolt and bamboo laminated board can be fully performed, and the ductility and mechanical properties of bolted-connection are all in good state.
