摘 要:为研究木材的耐火性能,对20个兴安落叶松木材试件进行了燃烧试验,其中一半试件涂刷了阻燃剂,得到了不同燃烧时间下的木材炭化层厚度,并用线性拟合得到了木材炭化速率;将燃烧后的试件加工成小试块,进行了木材顺纹抗压试验.结果表明:燃烧会使残余部分木材顺纹抗压强度降低,且试件顺纹抗压承载力也随燃烧时间的增加而降低,其变化规律可用线性函数描述;采用涂刷处理方法的阻燃剂对木材耐火性能的影响主要表现在木材燃烧的早期,能减小炭化速率,但对木材强度损失的影响不大.To study the fire resistance performance of timber, 20 Chinese larch specimens exposed to fire were tested, half of which were painted with fire retardant agent and another half were not treated. The thicknesses of charring layers after different burning duration were measured and charring rates were ob- tained by linear regression method. Then the parallel-to-grain compression tests were conducted with the fired specimens. The results show that the strength of timber parallel to grain decrease after fire, and a linear expression can be used to d tion. The test results al can retard charring rate so show t at the ear escribe the bearing capacities of remaining sections versus burning dura- hat the fire retardant agent by the brushing method used in the research ly stage, but it is almost useless to rescue the strength loss.
