舌色素性菌状乳头58例临床分析

摘　　要：报告色素性菌状乳头58例，其中男2例、女56例，年龄16～43岁。所有患者舌尖、两侧或舌面菌状乳头有针头大褐色斑，散在或成群分布。其中28例患者并发颧部褐青色痣，12例并发黄褐斑。并发子宫肌瘤或乳腺小叶增生患者分别为19例和16例。46例患者自认有抑郁、急躁等精神心理体质。We report 58 cases of pigmented fungiform papillae of the tongue, including 2 males and 56 females, ranging from 16N43 years old. All patients presented with lingual pigmented macules involving the lateral or tip fungiform papillae of their tongue, sparsely or group distributed. Among them, 28 cases co-occurred with Hori＇s nevus, 12 cases with melasma, 19 cases with hysteromyoma and 16 cases with breast cystic hyperplasia. 46 patients confessed existence of depression or ir- ritability.
