摘 要:采用Formast-F全自动相变仪测定了低合金调质高强度钢Q890D的临界点Ac1、Ac3,同时测定不同冷速下的相变点,根据相变点绘制Q890D的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线)。结果表明:冷却速度在0.1~0.5℃/s时,相变组织为F+P+B;冷却速度在0.8~1℃/s时,相变组织为B;冷却速度为2~5℃/s时,相变组织为B+M;当冷却速度≥8℃/s时,相变组织为M;随冷却速度的提高,显微硬度从263HV提高到430HV。The critical points of low alloy high strength quenched and tempered steel Q890D were determined by Formast-F full automatic transformation insmanent. The phase transformation point of the specimen under different cooling rate was also measured. Based on phase transformation points, the CCT diagram of Q890D steel was obtained. The results show that: when the cooling rate is 0.1-0.5 ℃/s ,the microstructure is F + P + B; when the cooling rate is 0.8-1 ℃/s,the microstructure is B; when the cooling rate is 2-5 ℃/s, the microstructure is B +M; when the cooling rate is not less than 8 ℃/s, the microstructure is M; with the increase of cooling rate, the microhardness increases from 263 I-IV to 430HV.
