摘 要:针对坦克局部隔热隐身问题,选取了ZrO2为隔热层、NiCoCrAlY合金和混合特殊添加剂的TiC-Ni作为过渡层,设计了两种涂层结构。采用等离子喷涂和氩弧焊辅助自蔓延压力堆焊技术制备了两种涂层钢板。其中,后者涂层厚度达到5 mm,实测隔热温度最高为94℃。在某型号坦克上应用实验结果表明,隔热效果良好。In order to solve the problem of partial insulation stealth for tanks. ZrO2 was selected for heat insulation layer, together with NiCoCrA1Y alloy and TiC-Ni mixed with special additives as transition layers, and two kinds of coating structures were designed. The two kinds of coating steel sheets were prepared respectively by using plasma spraying technology and SHS pressure surfacing technology asisted by argon arc welding. Among them, It was 5 ram on thickness for the latter coating, it was measured up to 94 ℃ on insulation temperature. It shows from experimental results on some type of tanks that the heat insulation performance is good.
