摘 要:通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜和常规力学性能测试设备对3.5Ni低温钢的正火工艺进行研究。结果表明:正火处理后组织为铁素体和珠光体,正火温度越高,获得的组织越粗大,珠光体越多,铁素体越少;同时,宏观断口形貌中剪切唇、纤维区面积变小,放射区面积变大;随正火温度的升高,冲击韧度降低,试验钢的最佳正火温度为830℃。The normalizing process of 3.5 Ni low temperature steel was studied by the optical, scanning electron microscopy and the routine mechanical properties test. The results show that the microstructure of the samples aider normalizing is mainly ferdte & pearlite. With the increase of the normalizing temperature, the structure is coarser, the amount of pearlite is larger and the amount of ferrite is smaller. At the same time, the area of the sheet lip and fiber zone becomes smaller, and the area of the emanation zone becomes larger. The impact toughness reduces with the increase of the normalizing temperature. The optimal normalizing temperature of this steel is 830 ℃.
