舌下特异性免疫治疗变应性鼻炎的早期有效性及依从性

摘　　要：目的:探讨粉尘螨滴剂舌下特异性免疫治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的疗效及不良反应,同时对患者的依从性及满意度做相应统计。方法:对103例符合AR诊断标准,并且粉尘螨皮肤点刺试验阳性的患者舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗6个月,分别对治疗前及治疗6个月后的临床症状进行问卷调查,其中包括流鼻涕、打喷嚏、鼻塞、鼻痒、嗅觉障碍、眼部不适和睡眠障碍,同时对患者的不良反应及满意度进行调查。结果:103例患者中有75例坚持服用粉尘螨滴剂6个月,并且均完成了问卷调查,满意率89.3%,脱落率高达27.1%。结论:舌下特异性免疫治疗后,AR患者的主观症状得到明显改善但脱落率却很高。Objective： The study aimed to investigate the efficacy and adverse effects of sublingual immuno- therapy （SLIT） of dust mite drops to allergic rhinitis with mite allergy. The compliance and satisfaction of SLIT were also assessed. Method：One hundred and three patients of allergic rhinitis sensitive to dust mites were treated with SLIT for 6 months or more. The symptom questionnaire,including items on rhinorrhea, sneezing, nasal ob- struction, itchy nose, olfactory disturbance, eye discomfort and sleep disturbance were obtained before and 6 months after SLIT. The patients＇satisfaction and adverse effects were also investigated. Result： Seventy-five of the 103 patients insist on SLIT {or more than 6 months and completed the questionnaire. The duration of receiving SLIT was 9.8 months on average（range from 6 to 13 months）. The satisfaction rate was 89.3 %. The drop-out rate of SI.IT was 31.0%. Conclusion：The subjective symptoms were improved with SI.IT in patients with allergic rhi- nitis sensitive to dust mites. The drop out rate was hiuh despite of the svmmomatic improvement.
