Effect of Strain Rate on Tensile Properties of Commercial Pure Titanium Processed by ECAP at Room Temperature with a 90° Die

摘  要:采用单向拉伸测试方法,研究了应变速率(0.001 7,0.01,0.1s-1)对室温下经90°等通道转角挤压变形1道次工业纯钛室温拉伸性能的影响,并分析了其断口形貌。结果表明:当应变速率由0.001 7s-1升至0.1s-1时,挤压后工业纯钛的断裂伸长率由17.9%减至14.9%,抗拉强度由780MPa增至926MPa,应变硬化指数由0.07降低到0.04;拉伸断口均为韧窝型韧性断口,且随应变速率的增加韧窝深度变浅。The uniaxial tensile test was applied to investigate the effect of strain rate (0. 001 7,0. 01,0. 1 s 1 ) on the tensile properties and fractography of commercial pure titanium (CP-Ti) fabricated by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP)with one pass deformation at room temperature using a die of 90°. The results show as the strain rate rose from 0. 001 7 s 1 to 0. 1 s-1 , elongation to fracture decreased from 17. 9O/oo to 14.9%, and ultimate tensile strength increased from 780 MPa to 926 MPa, and work hardening exponent reduced from 0. 07 to 0. 04. The fracture surface of CP-Ti exhibited tough fracture of dimple, and dimple became shallow with the increase of strain rate.
