摘 要:采用熔体发泡法(以钙为增黏剂,TiHz为发泡剂)成功制备出孔隙率为(78±0.5)%、孔结构均匀的泡沫A1-0.16Sc合金,对其进行300℃等温时效处理,采用室温准静态压缩试验,研究了时效前后该合金的压缩和能量吸收性能。结果表明:300℃等温时效能明显提高泡沫铝合金的屈服强度,且其能在时效720h内基本保持不变;经较佳时效工艺处理(5~720h)后泡沫铝合金的屈服强度明显高于T6态A1—0.24Sc合金的和泡沫铝的,且接近于高强泡沫AlCu5Mn合金的;同时,300℃等温时效亦能明显提升该泡沫合金的能量吸收性能,时效10h后其能量吸收能力与高强泡沫AICu5Mn合金的相当,且能量吸收效率稳定。Using Ca as thickening agent and Till2 as blowing agent, cellular A1 0. 16Sc alloy foams with a porosity of (78±0. 5)% and a homogeneous pore structure, were successfully fabricated by melt-foaming method. In quasi-static compression test at room temperature, the compression and energy absorption properties of the foams before and after isothermal aging at 300 ℃ were investigated. The results show that the isothermal aging at 300 can significantly improve the yield strength which remained unchanged up to 720 h. The yield strength of A1-0. 16Sc alloy foam treated in the good aging process within 5 -- 720 h was obviously higher than T6 treated cellular A1 0. 24Sc alloy and A1 foams, and was comparable with high strength A1Cu5Mn alloy foam. Moreover, the isothermal aging at 300 ℃ was also beneficial to the enhancement of the energy absorption properties for the AI 0. 16Sc alloy foam. The energy absorption capacity of the A1 0. 16Sc alloy foam aged for 10 h was comparable with that of A1CuSMn alloy foams and the energy absorption efficiency was stable.
