摘  要:选取马钱素、莫诺苷、京尼平苷3种天然环烯醚萜进行结构修饰,并考察修饰产物与最简单的含伯胺基化合物—甲胺的呈色反应性能。通过紫外-可见光谱(UV-vis)分析它们所形成色素的颜色与其结构之间的关系。结果表明:(1)骨架相同而取代基不同的环烯醚萜与甲胺进行呈色反应,会生成不同颜色的可溶性色素;同一种环烯醚萜在不同的缓冲体系中(PBS,pH=8.0和ACE,pH=5.0)生成色素的颜色也不相同。(2)在马钱素苷元的结构中引入苯甲酰基π-π共轭体系后,在PBS中与甲胺进行呈色反应,生成色素的特征吸收波长从430nm和650nm变为465nm和670nm;在ACE中进行呈色反应,生成色素的特征吸收波长从560nm变为610nm。产生红移现象的原因可能是新的助色基团的引入,使呈色基团的共轭体系变长,能量降低。(3)与马钱素苷元一样,京尼平和莫诺苷苷元的修饰产物也表现出类似的性质。Structure modifications were undertaken for three natural iridoids (loganin, morroniside and geniposide). Com- pounds before and after modification were adopted to react with methylamine to investigate their color - forming properties, the relationship between color of the pigments and compounds' structure were analyzed via Ultraviolet - visible spectroscopy ( UV - vis ). The results indicate that : ( 1 ) Pigments with different colors would form when iridoid' s skeleton is the same, however, sub- stituent groups are different ; In different buffer systems, i.e. , ( PBS, pH = 8.0 ; ACE, pH = 5.0 ), the same iridiod would form pigments with different colors. (2) After π-π conjugation of benzoyl is introduced to the skeleton of loganin as a substituent group, the characteristic absorption wavelength of pigments formed would change from 430nm and 650 to 465nm and 670nm ( reacted in PBS), and the characteristic absorption wavelength of pigments formed would change from 560nm to 610nm (reacted in ACE). The reason might be that, the conjugation system become longer and the molecular structure become more stability. (3) As loganin, the modification products of genipin and morronin also show similar properties.
