摘　　要：目的 探讨经乳晕切口假体隆乳术同时结合局部悬吊及错位包扎等方法矫正双侧乳房高低不对称的可行性及临床效果.方法 选用乳晕切口对32例乳房高低不对称者,应用相同规格的假体置入两侧乳房乳腺-胸大肌后双平面间隙,然后用丝线局部悬吊低侧的乳腺组织,错位包扎塑形.结果 全部隆乳者术后两侧乳房基本对称,外形自然逼真,效果满意.结论 采用经乳晕切口假体隆乳结合局部悬吊及错位包扎塑形的方法,简便易行,安全可靠,效果良好,可有效解决双侧乳房轻度高低不对称的问题.Objective To introduce and evaluate the feasibility and clinical effect of augmentation mammoplasty with breast prosthesis through periareolar approach combined with mammary gland suspension for correcting asymmetric breasts. Methods According to the asymmetric breasts of 32 cases, the prosthesis was im- planted between mammary gland and pectoralis major muscle and then the lower mammary gland was suspended locally with silk thread, malposed dressing was performed to reshape. Results All the patients underwent the operation mention above achieved significant improvement with symmetrical breast and natural contour. Conclu sion The method of augmentation mammoplasty with breast prosthesis through periareolar approach combined with mammary gland suspension is simple, safe and effective to solve the problem of asymmetric breasts.
