摘　　要：目的 介绍一种联合楔形切除法及弧形切除法的小阴唇缩小整形术,对其实用性和临床应用效果进行总结.方法 自2009年1月至2012年12月,对收治的47例小阴唇肥大患者采用联合楔形切除法及弧形切除法行阴唇缩小整形术,术后1个月随访.结果 47例患者中,2例切口缝合处有V形裂开,其余患者恢复良好,对形态及功能改善均满意.结论 采用该联合法行阴唇缩小术具有外观自然,二次手术修整率低,术后并发症少,患者满意度高的优点,是一种临床实用性极高的手术方法.Objective To introduce a associated method of wedge-shaped excision and curve shaped excision to reshape nympha. Methods From January 2009 to December 2012, 47 patients underwent reduction of nympha by the method of wedge-shaped excision and curve-shaped excision. The patients were followed up at 1 month POStoperatively. Results All the surgeries were successfully performed and all patients were satisfied with the well recovery, improved shape and functions, except for 2 cases with V-shaped dehiscence. Conclusion The method of wedge-shaped excision and curve-shaped excision is a practical operation with nature con- tour. few reoneration and comnlicafions_ and high satisfaction.
