摘　　要：目的:研制一种从人体或动物组织器官中有效地分离间充质干细胞的装置,以批量制备间充质干细胞供实验室研究及临床试验应用。方法:研制的间充质干细胞过滤分离器由打气球、除菌过滤器、橡胶塞、空气压缩室、圆锥形不锈钢筛网、干细胞收集瓶和稳压口等组成。除打气球外,其余部分可高压蒸汽灭菌。结果:此装置可从经适当消化的人体或动物胎盘、羊膜、脐带等组织器官中大量分离、收集间充质干细胞。结论:该装置结构简单、操作方便,可用于高效分离间充质干细胞,且制备的间充质干细胞质量较高。To develop an effective apparatus of batch separating and preparing mesenchymal stem cells from human or animal tissues/organs for laboratory research and clinical test and application. The apparatus consisted of inflator, sterilizing filter, rubber plug, air compressor room, conical stainless steel mesh, collecting bottle and regulated export, etc. Except the inflator, the other parts of the apparatus could be sterilized with autoealve. The apparatus could be used for mass separating and collecting mesenchymal stem cells from appropriately digested human or animal placenta, amniotic membrane and umbilical cord, etc. Canohttdan The apparatus that can efficiently separate and prepare high quality mesenchymal stem cells is simple and convenient.
