摘 要:采用X射线衍射和紫外-可见光漫反射对纳米TiO2光催化剂进行了表征分析。以甲基橙模拟染料废水为目标净化物,采用单因素试验方法,探讨了光源、催化剂投加量和pH值等因素对光催化净化甲基橙模拟染料废水的影响。结果表明:纳米TiO2光催化剂粒径大小为21.2 nm,锐钛矿相的相对含量为95.3%,其吸收光谱集中在紫外光区。在300 W金卤灯光源照射180 min,纳米TiO2的投加量为0.25 g,废水的pH值为2的条件下,对100 mL质量浓度为20 mg/L甲基橙模拟染料废水的净化率达97.4%。The properties of nano-TiO2 photocatalyst were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and ul- traviolet visible light diffuse reflection spectroscope (UV-Vis DRS). Taking stimulant methyl orange dyeing wastewater as the research object, the effects of light source, catalyst dosage, pH value and some other factors on photocatalytic purification were discussed through a single factor test. The results showed that: the particle size of nano-TiO: photocatalyst was 21.2 nm, the relative content of anatase was 95.3%, and the absorption spectrum of the photocatalyst was concentrated in ultraviolet region. For 100 mL of stimulant methyl orange dyeing wastewater with mass concentration of 20 mg/L, when the nano-TiO2 dosage was 0.25 g, the pH value of the wastewater was 2, the purification rate could reach 97.4% after a 180-minute irradiation with a 300 W metal halide lamp.
