摘 要:针对PTA废水处理主体工艺中UBF反应器CODCr的去除率不断下降的问题,从UBF反应器的厌氧污泥活性、废水停留时间、重金属积累、进水ρ(VFA)/ρ(CODCr)值等方面进行原因分析,并从监测预判、运行控制、工艺改进等方面提出解决措施。截至2012年底所有UBF反应器CODCr的去除率均已恢复至80%以上。实践证明,各种解决措施具有针对性并且效果显著。In view of the fact that, the CODc~ removal efficiency of UBF reactor, the main process of PTA wastewater treatment, decreased continuously. The influencing factors includes: activity of anaerobic sludge sys- tem in UBF reactor, wastewater retention time, accumulation of heavy metals, and p(VFA)/p(CODcr) value in the influent water, were analyzed. And then, some relevant solving measures from aspects of monitoring pre-estima- tion, operation control, process modification, and so on, were put forward. By the end of 2012, the removal rates of CODCr in all UBF reactors were recovered to above 80%. The practice showed that, all the mentioned measures were targeted, essential and effective.
