摘 要:为了研究倒伞型表面曝气机动力效率的最佳值,通过改变叶轮的转速和浸没深度,使表面曝气机电机负荷率分别为100%、90%、80%,测试了对应条件下的动力效率。结果表明:表面曝气机动力效率与叶轮转速、叶轮浸没深度、电机负荷都呈抛物线关系;当电机负荷达100%,叶轮浸没深度为-20 mm时,动力效率的最大值为2.099 kg/(kW.h)。For the purpose of studying the optimal value of the power efficiency of inverted-umbrella type surface aerator, the immersion depth and the speed of the impeller were changed for making the motor load of the surface aerator at 100%, 90% and 80% respectively, and then, the power efficiencies of the said surface aerator under different conditions were measured. The results showed that, the relationships between power efficiency and immersion depth and speed of impeller, as well as the relationship between it and motor load all could be de- scribed by inverted quadratic equations. The maximum power efficiency reached 2.099 kg/(kW" h) when the mo- tor load was 100% and the immersion depth of impeller was -20 mm.
