摘  要:按照层和速凝快速成型技术的要求,提出快速成型机的两种设计方案,利用Pro/E软件对样机进行了建模与装配,分析了两种设计方案的优劣;运用ANSYS Workbench软件分别对两种方案的关键部件,铺料台升降装置进行了静力学分析,模拟两种方案在实际工作中的变形量;结果表明,方案一在竖直方向的最大变形量0.138 28 mm,超过误差允许的范围,且机构可靠性低于方案二的设计,选择方案二为最优设计;相对传统的设计方法,提高了效率,缩短了研发周期,并为样机的研制提供了借鉴和依据。Two programs for rapid prototyping machine are designed based on the technology of laminated coalition and rapid concreting prototyping. Modeling and assembling the prototype with Pro/E software, and analyzing the pros and cons of two programs. Carrying statics analysis for the lifting system of the paving platform which is the key components for two programs with the using of the ANSYS Workbench software, and simulating the deformation of the two programs under the actual working circumstances. The results shows that the maximum deformation of program one in the vertical direction is 0. 138 28 mm,which exceeds the range of allowable error, and the mechanism of the program one is less reliable than program two, and choosing pro- gram two as the optimal design. Comparing with the traditional design, this method can improve the efficiency , shorten the de- sign cycle, and provide a reference for the design of the prototype.
