摘  要:为了实现变速器计算机诊断,采用Matlab Script节点技术将Labview和Matlab优势互补,混合编程开发变速器故障诊断系统。系统由Labview负责主界面、信号采集、信号存储和查询,Matlab调用;由Matlab负责信号降噪、提取、处理、返回Labview显示。实验结果表明系统能快速、准确的完成变速器轴承振动信号的采集、传送、存储以及轴承故障特征频率识别。针对不同信号处理时系统EMD包络谱程序修改简单,具有广泛的适应性。In order to realize transmission computer diagnosis, using Matlab Script node technology to get complementarty ad- vantages of Labview and Matlab in this paper, development of transmission fault diagnosis with hybrid programming is done, in this system Labview responsibled for system main interface, signal acquisition, signal storage and query, Maflab invoked. Matlab responsibled for noise reduction, extraction, processing, return Lahview display. Experimental result showed that the system could quickly and accurately complete the transmission bearing vibration signal acquisition, transport, storage and bear- ing fault characteristic frequency identification. Aiming at different signal processing EMD envelope spectrum program is modi- fied simplely in system, it has a wide range of adaptability.
