咳嗽与喉源性咳嗽辨治心得

摘　　要：通过验案3则探讨张敏思主任医师论治咳嗽的经验,张敏思主任医师常根据患者咳嗽声音的高低、深浅,有无咳痰,咳痰后是否有咳嗽与喉源性咳嗽鉴别,结合脉证进一步辨证治疗,可达到较好的治疗效果。Chief physician ZHANG Minsi usually treated the patients according to the volume and tone of the cough,the sputum and cough after expectoration and the difference compared with laryngeal cough through three proven cases,his treatment could obtain better effects combined with the pulse.
