手法复位低温板材塑形固定治疗第一掌骨基底部骨折45例

摘　　要：目的:观察手法复位低温板材塑形固定治疗第一掌骨基底部骨折的临床疗效。方法:将90例第一掌骨基底部骨折的患者随机分为观察组、对照组各45例。观察组采用手法复位低温板材塑形固定治疗,对照组采用C型臂下闭合复位克氏针固定治疗。结果:治愈率观察组为77.78%,对照组为73.33%,2组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);总有效率观察组为97.78%,对照组为95.56%,2组相比无显著差显(P>0.05)。2组患者无感染及骨不连等并发症发生。结论:手法复位低温板材塑形固定治疗第一掌骨基底部骨折方法简便,痛苦小。Objective： To observe clinical effects of manipulative reduction and fixation with low-temperature thermoplastic splint.Method： All 90 patients were divided to the observation group and the control group.The observation group received manipulative reduction and fixation with low-temperature thermoplastic splint,and the control group closed reduction with Kirshner wire fixation under C arms.Result： Cure rate of the observation group was 77.78%,and the control group 73.33%,it had no significant difference between both groups（P〈0.05）;total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%,and the control group 95.56%,it had no significant difference（P〈0.05）.There was no infection and bone nonunion in both groups.Conclusion： Manipulative reduction and fixation with low-temperature thermoplastic splint is simple and painless in treating bone fracture at the base of the first metacarpal.
