摘  要:在室内条件下,用微量点滴法和试管药膜法测定了辣根素对水稻褐飞虱3龄若虫的杀虫活性,在处理后72 h的LC50值分别为35.83、43.9 mg/mL。同时在网室条件下用喷雾法测定了20%辣根素乳油对水稻褐飞虱3龄若虫的控制效果,用500 g/L的20%辣根素乳油喷雾试虫72 h后,校正死亡率达到了100%。因此,辣根素可以作为一种植物性杀虫剂用来防治水稻褐飞虱。In the laboratory, the insecticidal activities of allyl isothiocyanate (AITC) against the third - instar nymphs of rice brown planthopper (Nilaparvata lugens) were tested through micro - topical application and test - tube residual film bioassay, and it was found that its LCs0 value at 72 h after treatment was 35.83 and 43.90 mg/mL respectively. Under the condition of net house, the control effect of 20% AITC emulsifiable concentrate (EC) on the third - instar nymphs of rice brown planthopper was deter- mined by using spray method, the result indicated that: at 72 h after spraying 500 g/L 20% ATYC EC, the corrected mortality of the tested insect reached 100%. Therefore, AITC could be potentially used as a botanical insecticide for the control of rice brown planthopper.
