摘　　要：介绍了采用自动钨极氩弧焊焊接紫铜热交换器管板存在的问题及解决措施,通过试验研究了紫铜热交换器管束的制造技术,确定了紫铜换热管与管板的焊接规范以及胀接规范。Because of poor copper weldability,problems and solutions existing in automatic tungsten electrode argon arc welding were introduced in welding copper heat exchanger tube plate.Experimental study was made on the copper heat exchanger tube bundle manufacture technology to determine the copper heat exchange tube and tube sheet welding specification and expanding specification.
