摘  要:采用传统稀释平板法和Biolog-ECO微平板技术,研究了恩益碧(NEB)对设施韭菜根围土壤微生物多样性及生长和产量的影响,试验结果表明,施用恩益碧能够促进设施韭菜根围土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌的大量繁殖,优化土壤微生态环境;有利于提高土壤微生物群落全部碳源利用率、丰富度、多样性指数和均匀度;对设施韭菜具有促生长和增产作用,其增产率达11.3%以上,同时具有抗重茬、抗病害等功效。In the paper, we studied the effects of nutrient enhancing balancer (NEB) on rhizosphere soil microbial diversity, growth and yield of facilities leek by using the traditional dilution-plate method and Biolog-ECO micro-plate technology. The results showed that the application of NEB could promote mass propagation of bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes inrhizosphere soil of facilities leek, and optimize its soil micro-environment. At the same time, NEB could improve utilization rate of all carbon source, richness, diversity index and uniformity coefficient of soil microbial community, and promote the growth and increase the yield of facilities leek with the yield-increasing rate of 11.3%. In addition, the leek applied with NEB was resistant to continuous cropping and diseases.
