摘　　要：分析了郧县甘薯资源利用现状、种植规模、甘薯营养特征、地方甘薯饮食习惯、甘薯角色转换、栽培品种及技术应用等方面,提出了郧县作为绿色转型发展创新区,应围绕甘薯产业素质提升、产业内部结构调整、开发前景展望及延伸产业链条等方面,为社会提供更多的原生态产品和多途径提高甘薯附加值。In the paper, we analyzed the utilization status, planting scale, nutritional characteristics, local dietary customs, role transition, planting cuhivars and application technology of sweet potato in Yunxian. And as a green transformation and development innovation zone, Yunxian should pay attention to improving the quality of sweet potato industry, adjusting industry internal structure, forecasting development prospect and extending industrial chain, and provide more original products for consumers and improve the added value of the sweet potato by all means.
