摘  要:针对重金属工业污染场地再利用的适宜性评价,基于《城镇土地分等定级规程》(GB/T 18507—2001),纳入健康风险、投资收益及社会可接受程度来构建场地再利用的适宜性评价指标体系;采用多因素综合评价法,以东莞市麻涌镇某重金属污染场地为例,进行了场地再利用的适宜性评价。结果表明:研究区作为住宅用地、商服用地、工矿仓储用地的适应度分别为56.26、69.14、58.00,该区适宜作为商服用地,不适宜做住宅用地和工矿仓储用地。The evaluation index system of the recycling suitability of heavy metal industrial contaminated sites is based on the Regulations of Gradation and Classification of Urban Land (GB/T 18507 2001), combining health risk, investment income and degree of social acceptability. The suitability evaluation has been conducted of a heavy metal industrial contaminated site in Mayong Town, Dongguan City, by means of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation. The results show that the suitability degrees of the researched area used as residential land, business land and mining warehouse land are respectively 56.26, 69.14, and 58.00, which proves that the area is suitable for business and not suitable for residence and warehouse.
