银杏叶萜内酯多成分关系及聚类分析

摘  要:萜内酯是银杏叶提取物(GBE)最具药理活性的成分。该研究共收集全国13个种源、雄性和雌性品种148个,采用随机区组设计(RBE),HPLC法测定萜内酯含量。分析结果表明,银杏苦内酯A(Ga)、白果内酯(Bb)、Gb与萜内酯总量(Te)偏相关系数最大。Gb与Bb、G间呈极度负相关。种源间Te与银杏苦内酯C(Gc)和Gc与Bb间相关最密切;雄株间Te和Gc,Gc和银杏苦内酯J(Gj)相关系数最大;但雌株间Te和Ga,Gc和Bb相关程度较高。R型(性状)聚类表明,6种萜内酯组分可以分成3类。Q型聚类表明,全国和山东的种源、雄性和雌性群体均可以分成高、中、低萜内酯3大类。多成分联合筛选出7个高萜内酯品种,Te总量0.31%~0.42%,Gb含量0.01%~0.07%。该文对GBE产业化及良好化有重要意义。Terpenes are most important pharmaceutical active components in Ginkgo biloba extracts ((;BE). 13 prove- nances, 148 male and female leaves cultivars were collected from China and were grafted through randomized block experiment (RBE), and terpenes were determined with HPLC method in this paper. The analyses results show that partial correlation co efficients are most significant between Ginkgolide A (Ga), Bilobalide (Bb), Ginkgolide B (Gb) and total terpenes content (Te), respectively, but very significant negative correlation was found between Gh and Bb, Ga. The correlation coefficients are highest between Te and Ginkgolide C (Gc), Gc and Bb within provenances, and the correlation coefficients are highest between Te and Gc, Gc and Ginkgolide J (Gj) within male population, but between Te and Ga, Gc and Bb within female population. The R cluster(traits cluster) analyses results show that six terpenes traits can be divided into three classes. Q--dusters show that provenance, male and female populations from China and Shandong are divided into three classes high, medium and low terpenes content, respectively. The single trait selection have remarkable heterogeneity. The multiple components joinf selec tion shows that total terpenes reach 0.31%~0.42%, and Gb is 0.01%~0.07% to seven highest terpenes cultivars. This re- search is very important to GBE industrialization and breeding standardization
