摘　　要：为了探讨医学院校大学生考试焦虑和应付方式的关系,采用考试焦虑量表和应付方式问卷对大学生进行问卷调查。结果显示,考试焦虑与解决问题、求助呈极显著负相关,与自责、幻想、退避、合理化呈极显著正相关;自责对考试焦虑的回归效应最显著(t=8.623,P<0.01),回归系数为正。可见,应付方式是影响大学生考试焦虑的重要因素,应引导学生采取成熟应付方式,减少自责,从而降低考试焦虑水平。To investigate the relationship between test anxiety and coping style of the college students, test anxiety scale and question- naire of coping style have been administered to the college students. ＇lest anxiety shows obviously the negative correlation with the sol- ving problems and seeking factors. Test anxiety shows obviously the positive correlation with factors of self-reproach, fantasy, avoidance and rationalization. Self-repnoach has the most significantly positive linear regression relationships with test anxiety （t = 8. 623, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Therefore, to alleviate test anxiety, the students should be trained to adopt mature coping style and to reduce self-reproach.
