摘　　要：专科医师培训制度是国际医学界公认的医学生毕业后继续教育制度,是培养合格医学人才的重要途径,也是提高医生整体素质、为我国医疗卫生体制改革提供人才基础保障的必然要求。文章就专科医师培训学员的去向进行调查研究,并对目前专科医师培训制度存在的问题进行了初步的探讨和思考。Specialist training system is internationally recognized continuous education after graduation, a vital course to educate qualified medical talents, and it is necessary to improve physicians＇ entire quality in order to provide talent guarantee base. This essay makes a survey on specialist training students＇ intention, and discusses initially about problems in the present specialist training system.
