Research motivation and influencing factors in nursing postgraduates

摘　　要：为了解护理硕士生科研动机水平及影响因素,对全国22所院校的354名护理硕士生进行调查,结果显示护理硕士生科研动机处于中等水平,以内在科研动机、外在科研动机、避免失败动机为主导的护理硕士生各占34%、34%、21.2%。年龄、家庭居住地、学校级别、专业兴趣、科研兴趣、科研胜任感和科研归属感是影响科研动机的主要因素。To explore the research motivation and influencing factors of nursing postgraduates, a total of 354 nursing postgraduates from 22 universities were investigated. The results showed that the research motivation of nursing postgraduates was at middle level and the percent of nursing postgraduates led by intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and failure avoidance motivation were 34%, 34% and 21.2%. Age, family residence, rank of school, professional interest, research interest, research competence and research relatedness had significant influence on research motivation.
