摘　　要：以低碳铝镇静钢为例,分析了含铝冷镦钢的冶炼工艺及关键工艺原理.以阳春新钢铁冶炼拉丝材(XGL)的工艺技术条件为基础,提出"转炉吹炼→出钢过程强化脱硫→LF精炼→连铸"冶炼含铝冷镦钢的工艺路线.Taking the smelting process of low carbon aluminum killed cold heading steel as the example, the smelting process technology and the key process principles were investigated. Based on the investigation and analysis of smelting XGL at Yangchun New Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. , a novel smelting process route for aluminum killed cold heading steel was proposed, that is, ＂combined converter blowing→intensifying desulfurization while tapping→LF refining→continuous cast-ing. ＂
