摘　　要：针对韶钢2×500TPD并流蓄热麦尔兹双膛石灰竖窑运行中出现的支撑拱开裂、掉砖等问题,以实现麦尔兹窑长寿炉龄为目标,提出煅烧带工作衬采用高铝砖,以不锈钢纤维增强增韧刚玉预制平顶支撑拱替代砖砌弧顶支撑拱,烟气通道盖板采用不锈钢纤维增强高铝预制板,减少环形通道拨火孔数量,取消环形通道空气炮,增大直联通道空气炮容量等韶钢麦尔兹窑的技术改进措施,以使其象韶钢气烧石灰竖窑一样一次性炉龄超过10a.To solve the problems such as supporting arch cracks, brick fails, which happened during the running ot 2 × 500TPD Maerz PFR dual bore lime shaft kiln at SGIS, some technical modification measures, such as to replace the work-ing liner at calcining zone with Alumina bricks, to replace the brick lined supporting arch with the prefabricated stainless steel fiber reinforced corundum fiat supporting arch, to reduce the quantity of the fire holes around the ring chamber, to re-move the air guns around the ring chamber and to increase the capacity of air guns in the directly connected channel, will be taken, so that it can make the campaign as long as the ones as other lime shaft kilns which can serve over ten years at SGIS.
