摘　　要：目的探讨联体婴儿分离手术的组织管理方法,提高重大手术成功率,提升医院围手术期管理水平。方法纳入我院2例(均为女婴)胸腹联体婴儿分离手术,术前医院高度重视,周密组织;术中紧密团结,通力合作;术后积极总结,坚持不懈地提高组织管理水平。结果 2例胸腹联体婴儿分离手术实施成功,术后患儿恢复良好。结论加强围手术期组织管理是取得重大手术成功的关键而有效的方法。Objective Organization and management methods of separation operation of thoracoventropagus were investigated so as to improve major surgery success rate and management level of the hospital. Methods The two separa- tion operations of thoracoventropagus were recirved high attention at each stage of the perioperative period. Hign atten- tion and careful organization were payed by the hospital before the operation and the staffs gived full coporation to the op- eration in the middle of the operation, as well as the experiences were summarized after the operation. Results The sepa- ration operations of thoraeoventropagus were very successful and the children recovered well. Conclusion It is effective method for the success of major surgery that strengthen the organization and management in perioperative period.
