摘　　要：随着全球经济一体化和高等教育国际化的发展,作为人才培养主阵地的高校尝试着各种人才培养模式,大学生创业与实践教育作为新时期大学生培养的重要途径之一越来越受到人们重视。基于调研结果,从教学培养计划、课程体系、队伍建设、实践平台、意识培养和资金投入等六个方面进行创业教育体系的构建,从三级联动、三园鼎立和团队培养等三个方面进行实践模式的构建,以期为新时期高校人才培养提供参考。With the development of integration of global economy and the internationalization of higher education, as training base colleges and universities test various training models. As an important cultivating way in new perios entrepreneurship and practice education plays more and more important role. Based on the survey, entrepreneurship education system is constricted in six aspects from the teaching plan, curriculum system, team construction, practice platform, awareness cultivating and funds. Practice model was build from three aspects： three linkages, three Parks and team training, in order to provide references to the training of talents in universities in the new period.
