摘　　要：在全面实施科教兴国和人才强国战略的今天,对高职学生的思想道德、职业、人文、身心等素质的培养和提高,已成为高职教育的首要问题。本文针对体育教学的特点,运用文献法、分析法,对体育与健康课程中实施身心素质教育提出几点措施。To cultivate and improve ideological and moral, vocational, cultural, mental and physical quality of the vocational students in the full implementation of this strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and talent has become the most important issue of vocational education. This paper, according to the characteristics of physical education teaching, using the methods of literature, analysis, makes a few suggestions on the implementation of the physical and mental quality education in sports and health courses.
