摘 要:中国中部地区大多为农业省份,农村人力资源相对丰富。农村人力资本开发对农业发展影响的省际差异如何,值得深入研究。基于中部地区各省份1990~2011年的相关数据,将农村人力资本开发指标与C-D生产函数相结合,运用Stata软件就中部省份农村人力资本开发影响农业经济发展的差异进行实证分析。结果发现:中部各省区农村人力资本开发对农业发展的产出效率不尽相同,山西、江西两省农村健康人力资本开发效率高于中部地区的其他省份,安徽、河南的农村教育人力资本开发收益较高,湖南、湖北在教育与健康人力资本开发上的产出效率均处于中间状态。鉴于此,中部省份的农村人力资本开发策略应各有侧重。Central China mostly agricultural province and rural human resources relatively abundant. It is worthy of indepth study on rural human capital development how to influence on agricultural development between different provinces. Effects of rural human capital development on agricultural development have been studied through empirical research , this paper establishes the rural human capital development indicators combined with C -D production function, the interprovincial differences of the effects based on central China 1990 -2011 provincial panel data by using Stata software. The results of the study show differences in that the rural health human capital development efficiency of Shanxi and Jiangxi is higher than other provinces in the central region, while the rural human capital development of Hunan and Hubei in education yields higher. Meanwhile, the development of Hunan and Hubei human capital output efficiency both in education and health is somewhere in the middle. Therefore rural human capital development strategy should have focus on the different region in central China.
