美国、日本图书馆立法的借鉴意义

摘　　要：当前我国图书馆立法进入加快发展的阶段。美国和日本对我国法制现代化进程有深远影响,是两大法系中图书馆立法比较完备的代表。美、日两国图书馆立法具有形式上完备、内容上得当的突出优点,同时注重发挥行业协会的自律规范作用,并与教育立法协调。这些对我国图书馆立法很有借鉴意义。The step of the legislation on library is now accelerating in our country. The United States and Japan are two typical countries stand for the two most important legal families which have got relatively complete legislation on library. The features of their legislation on library can be described as complete form, proper content and suitable attendance of the library society. It will be helpful if we can draw some lessons.
