基于组合赋权的县域土地资源可持续利用水平评价——以内江市市中区为例

摘　　要：从土地利用状况、资源安全性、经济可行性和社会可接受程度等4个方面选取24个指标,建立了内江市市中区土地资源可持续利用的水平评价指标体系。为克服主客观赋权所存在的问题,运用组合赋权方法确定了指标权重。利用多因素综合评价模型对市中区的土地资源可持续利用水平进行了客观评价。结果表明:市中区土地利用处于中等可持续发展阶段,未来提升的潜力很大。在此基础上,提出了提升市中区土地可持续利用水平的建议。The evaluation index system of the urban centre of Neijiang City was established in terms of the selection of 24 indicators from the 4 aspects： the present land utilization, resources security, economic feasibility and social acceptability. In order to overcome the existing problems of subjective and objective weights, the approach of com- bined weight was used to determine the index weight. By using multiple comprehensive evaluation model, the level of sustainable land resource utilization of city centre carried out from the year 2005 to 2009 was objectively evalua- ted; Results showed that the central city was in the middle stage of sustainable development with a great future as- cension potential. On this basis, the paper put forward suggestions for improvement of the level of sustainable land utilization.
