摘　　要：《中华人民共和国刑法修正案(八)》明确了社区矫正制度的法律地位。以此为视角,针对社区建设,社区矫正的执行主体、方式、对象以及非监禁刑适用率低等问题展开论述,以期对我国社区矫正制度的完善有所裨益。The ＂PRC Criminal Law Amendment （eight）＂ stipulates clearly the legal status of the community reha- bilitation system. From this perspective, this paper elaborated the issues such as： community construction, the ex- ecutive principles, mode, object and the low non-custodial penalty rate of the community rehabilitation so as to benefit expeetedly to the perfection of our country＇ s community rehabilitation system.
