摘  要:针对目前普遍存在的电力设备技改频繁、资产报废净值率偏高这一现象,建立基于设备可靠性和全生命周期成本(Life Cycle Cost,LCC)理论的技改项目准入优选模型,提升技改项目决策水平,降低资产报废净值率。在基本全生命周期成本模型基础上,考虑生产厂家、故障概率计算方式对LCC和项目决策的影响,对模型进行优化。选用断路器设备进行算例分析,分析结果和试点应用均表明,该优选模型能提升技改修理项目决策的科学性和项目实施的经济性,且该模型可操作性高。For the current widespread phenomenon of frequent technical improvement and high net rate of asset retirement, the admittance optimization model of power equipment technical improvement project is established based on the equipment reliability and life cycle cost theory. On the basis of the initial model and example analysis, considering the effect of the manufacturer, tile analysis of different calculation and optimization of the failure probability on life cycle cost and project decision, further improvement of the initial model are taken. Circuit breaker is used for example analysis to verify the algorithm effectiveness. The example analysis and trial application shows that the model can get the correct decision-making and efficiency for implementing power equipment technical improvement and overhaul project with high operability.
