摘 要:针对传统填料气液直接接触容易发生气体带液的现象,设计一种新型气液间接接触的间壁式填料,其比表面积为286 m2/m3,孔隙率为0.86。在叉流再生模块实验台上分别对该填料和5090湿帘进行了再生性能测试,以LiBr溶液为除湿剂,用再生率、再生效率、平均传质系数、体积传质系数描述再生效果。结果表明,溶液加热温度在60-80℃之间,该间壁式填料的体积传质系数比5090湿帘高7%-36%。Abstract: In view of the gas with liquid phenomenon caused by direct contaction in traditional gas-liquid-filler, a new indirect gas-liquid contact partitions filler, with a specific surface area of 286 m2/m3 and a porosity of 0.86, was designed. Both regeneration performance of the partitions filler and 5090 wet curtain were tested on a cross-flow regeneration module laboratory. LiBr solution was used regeneration rate, regeneration efficiency, average mass as the desiccant and the regeneration effect is described with transfer coefficient and volumetric mass transfer coefficient. The results show the volumetric mass transfer coefficient of the filler is 7 to 36 percent higher than that of the 5090 wet curtain when the solution heat temperature is between 60 to 80℃.
