摘 要:利用实验及基于多孔介质模型的数值模拟方法分别对不同进风形式、不同入口风速条件下袋式除尘器各布袋的气流分布及阻力特性进行测试和数值计算,得到不同进风形式下袋式除尘器的流量分配系数、除尘器内的速度场、压力场及压力损失;将计算结果和测试结果进行对比,结果表明:基于实验测试选择合理的多孔跳跃介质参数,数值模拟所得结果和实验具有很好的一致性,压损误差值在2%以内;进风方式对袋式除尘器的气流分布及压力损失产生较大影响,进口位于袋式除尘器下部时,通过各布袋的流量分配更加均匀,其综合流量不均幅值仅为0.025 2,远远小于进口位于除尘器的中部和上部时的值;袋式除尘器的压力损失随进口位置的升高而增加,在入口风速为15.26 m/s时,下进口位置袋式除尘器阻力比上进风阻力低40 Pa,减幅达10%左右。Using experiment and porous medium model based numerical simulation method, by test and numerical computation on the airflow distribution of different forms, different inlet velocities and resistance characteristics of different inlet forms, airflow distribution coefficients, velocity field, pressure field and pressure loss in the bag filter of different inlet forms have been obtained. Comparisons with calculation results and test results show that: based on the reasonable porous jump parameters selected by experimental test, calculation results and experiment results have a good consistency that error value of pressure loss is less than 2%; inlet mode has an important influence on airflow distribution and pressure loss, when the inlet is on the lower part of the bag filter, airflow distribution coefficient is more uniform, the flow through each bag is almost equal and the integrated uneven amplitude is only 0.025 2, far less than the middle and upper inlet; the pressure loss in the bag filter increases with the increase of inlet position, when the enWance velocity is 15.26 m/s, the pressure loss of lower inlet is lower than the upper inlet by 40 Pa, a drop of about 10%.
