摘  要:采用浓缩后直接酯转并集成精馏工艺的方法来回收VC转化二母液中的VC和古龙酸。考察了VC转化二母液的回收率与塔釜浓硫酸添加量、浓缩终点、甲醇加入量及加入方式、转化阶段碳酸氢钠加入量的关系。结果表明,收率在70%以上,酯转产物中VC含量可达70%以上、古龙酸含量最低可降至1%以下、甲酯含量几乎均低于1%。该工艺为处理回收VC转化二母液开辟了新的道路,是值得研究和期待的课题。After being concentrated, secondary mother liquor of VC was processed by way of technology integrated with distillation in order to recover vitamin C(VC) and gulonic acid. The influences of some factors on the recuperation rate of secondary mother liquor were studies,which were the amount of sulfuric acid,the final concentration,the adding amount and the way of methanol,the amount of sodium carbonate. The results showed that the yield was higher than 70% and VC content in products could be up to 70%; the lowest gulonic acid concentration could be as low as 1%; the products contained less than 1% of methyl 2-keto-L-gulonate. This indicated that a new route could be opened up in dealing with secondary mother liquor of VC and this technology might be feasible and desirable.
