摘 要:采用悬浮静置聚合的方法合成了硝酸掺杂的聚苯胺/凹凸棒黏土(PANI/ATP)纳米复合材料,用于含Cr(VI)废水的吸附。考察了吸附时间、物料配比、投料质量、温度和溶液pH值对吸附性能的影响,进行了动力学和热力学分析。结果表明,吸附过程是化学过程,化学配位作用起主要吸附作用,质量配比An∶ATP=1∶0.75,投料质量为0.5 g,吸附50 mg/L的Cr(VI)溶液,1 h时吸附率为99.60%,残留Cr(VI)的浓度为0.2 mg/L,达到国家排放标准。PANI/ATP Composites doped with HNO3 was prepared by suspended static polymerization,polyaniline set down on ATP surface uniformly.And these composites were used to adsorb Cr(Ⅵ) waste water.The effects of adsorption time,material ratio,feeding quality,temperature and pH value in the solution were investigated,kinetic and thermodynamic analysis were carried out.The result shows that it’s a chemical adsorption process,chemical complexing effect played a leading role,the material mass ratio of PANI/ATP was PANI ∶ ATP=1 ∶ 0.75,feeding quality was 0.5 g,adsorbed 50 mg/L solution,the effect was 99.60% after 1 h,the residual Cr(VI)was 0.2 mg/L,meet the national discharge standard.
