摘 要:采用SO2和F1组成复合物,作为电解锰生产的添加剂。考察了添加剂用量及其组合比例、电流密度、硫酸铵浓度对电流效率的影响,采用线性电位扫描法研究了添加剂对阴极过程的影响。结果表明,复合添加剂中的F1能显著降低电解所需的SO2的用量,并提高电流效率,其最佳组合为0.04 g/L F1和0.1 g/L SO2,电流密度为430 A/m2,电流效率最高达到66.5%,比单独使用SO2的最高电流效率增加超过3%,且SO2用量少。阴极电化学分析表明,复合添加剂可以有效地抑制氢气在阴极析出,并使锰的析出电位正移,从而达到提高电流效率效果。A novel additive consists of SO2 and F1 was employed in the manufacture of electrolytic manganese.Effects of amount of SO2 and F1 used and their combination,current density and the concentration of ammonium sulfate on current efficiency were investigated,the effect of combined additive on cathodic reaction was also studied by linear sweep voltammetry.The results indicate that the addition of F1 can decrease the amount of SO2 required for electrolysis significantly and increase current efficiency of electrolysis,the highest current efficiency is 66.5% at current density of 430 A/m2 using 0.04 g/L F1 and 0.1 g/L SO2,which increases by above 3% than highest result for SO2 alone at less concentration.The results of electrochemical analysis for cathode show that the combined additive can inhibit the bubble of hydrogen gas and shift deposition potential of manganese positive,thus increase the current efficiency of electrolysis.
