摘　　要：政务微博能够畅通民意表达的渠道、培养公民的民主意识、拉近政府与公众距离,是服务型政府建设的有效平台。目前,政务微博在信息公开、平息谣言、弘扬正气等方面均发挥了重要作用,但面对民众诉求缺乏有效性、亲民性的沟通,甚至存在着大量的空壳微博、僵尸微博等,政务微博尚未被充分地利用。究其原因,一是服务意识不到位;二是相关制度不健全。解决这一问题,就是要建立一套完善的政务微博运行管理及监督机制,提升政务微博质量,提高政府公信力,树立政府的服务形象,从而促进服务型政府建设。Government micro - blog is an effective platform for the construction of service - oriented govern- ment in the respect of smoothing the channels of public opinion expression, developing civil sense of democra- cy and narrowing the gap between government and public. Currently govermnent microblog has played an im- portant role in information disclosure, quelling rumors and promoting righteousness. But in the face of public demands, it lacks effective and affectionate communication, and even exists a large number of shell or dead micro - biog. Government micro - blog has not yet been fully utilized. One reason is that the sense of service is not due ; another is that the system is not perfect. Solution to this problem is to establish a set of sound gov- ernment micro- blog operation management and supervision mechanism to improve the government micro - blog quality and enhance the credibility of the government, so as to establish the image of government service and promote the construction of service -oriented government.
