关于完善大学生职业规划的思考

摘　　要：在当代中国经济转型的关键时期,高等教育大众化使得大学生就业形势日趋严峻。为了更好地解决大学生就业问题,需要从职业评价导向、高等教育专业的限制、功利的浮躁心态等方面对影响大学生职业规划的因素进行分析,并提出合理对策,以使大学生实现自己的职业目标和理想。In the period of economic transition, the popularization of higher education more serious for college graduates to be employed in China. To solve this problem, some factors in the career planning such as guidance, profession, material gain, psyc makes it more and this paper analyzes hology and so on to give some suggestions and countermeasures to help college graduates to find their ideal jobs.
