职业心态变迁与农民现代性——以Y村为例

摘　　要：中部传统农区农民,一般采取"好吃"和"健康"方式,为"自己和自己人"生产农产品;否则,为了"多赚钱",通常不择手段!文章从农民的职业压力、职业动力和职业价值观方面,探讨农民职业行为中两种方式产生的社会心理基础和文化基础:小农意识与市场化农业、特殊主义与现代职业精神、愚昧保守与积极进取。而后阐述了农民现代性与农业现代化和农民市民化的关系,并从农民教育、农民组织和农村社区建设方面,提出增强农民现代性措施。The peasants of traditional agriculture area often take an way to produce ＇delicious＇ and ＇healthy＇ food,and they also have eyes to earning money whatever the ways are if the food is not produced for themselves.The article discussed the social psychological and cultural foundations for the two different work ways by the peasant occupational power of pressure,and the power of motivation,and the values of occupation.It contains of the relations between traditional consciousness of peasants and market agriculture,between the special doctrine and the modern occupational spirit,between the ignorance and aggressiveness.Then the article elaborated the relations between peasant modernity and modernized agricultural,and between peasant modernity and citizenship.At last,the article made some advices to enhance peasants modernity by the development of.education and groups and community in rural area.
