摘　　要：Ｘ２５０４３／４５是由Ｘｉｃｏｒ公司生产的可编程看门狗监控Ｅ２ＰＲＯＭ芯片，有８引脚ＤＩＰ封装、８引脚ＳＯＩＣ封装和１４引线ＴＳＳＯＰ三种封装形式，集成了看门狗定时器、电压监控和串行Ｅ２ＰＲＯＭ三种常用的功能。这种组合降低了系统成本，简化了设计，减少了对电路板空间的要求提高了系统的可靠性。本文简要介绍了Ｘ２５０４３／４５的功能、工作原理和与单片机的接口方法，并给出了应用程序。X25043/45 is a programmable watching-dog monitoring E2PROM chip produced by Xicor Company。It has three kinds of packages eight-pin DIP,eight-pin SOICand 14-lead TSSOP。It integrates three common functions of watching-dog timer,voltage monitoring and serial E2PROM。 This configuration reduces system cost,simplifies design,decreases requirement on the space of circuit board and improves the reliability of system。This paper describes the function,working principle and interface with microcontrollers briefly and presents the application program。
