英文情报的信息构建在国际人才交流信息服务网站建设中的应用——以广东省科技创新国际资源服务平台网站为例

摘　　要：广东省科技创新国际资源服务平台网站针对广东企业、大学、科研院所获取匹配境外科技人才信息的途径与手段有限,开展国际人才交流有效合作渠道信息支撑不足的现状,将信息构建理论应用于国际人才信息库英文情报的组织开发,就网站信息导航、标识和检索系统设计与开发做出尝试,为用户快速发现、理解和管理匹配信息提供了便利。Based on the limited approaches for the enterprises, universities and research institutions in Guangdong province to get the matching overseas science and technology intelligence for the international talent introduction,the website of International Resource Service Platform for Guangdong Science and Technology Innovation applies the Information Architecture Theory in organizing and exploiting the international talent intelligence in English language for its database construction, and does efforts in designing and developing its navigation systems, labeling systems and searching systems to help users to find, understand and manage the matching intelligence rapidly.
