摘 要:根据河池市水资源现状,先构建水资源安全综合评价指标体系,再运用层次分析法定量计算确定各层指标权重,采用率定方程确定各指标的安全度,应用综合指数法对河池市水资源状况进行了综合安全评价。研究表明,2005-2010年河池市水资源系统总体上处于安全状态.但仍有很多指标不安全,甚至为严重不安全。为保证社会经济和环境各方面协调发展.对河池市水资源安全保障提出了一些建议。Based on the actual water situation in Hechi City, set up a index system for comprehensive assessment of water resources security, then adopted the method of AHP in calculating each index weight, as well as the security degree of each index determined by the calibration equation, the water resources general security has also been evaluated by the compre- hensive index assessment model. The study shows that the water resources security of Hechi, in 2005-2010, the water resources sysem in a safe state, but many indicators has not been safe even seriously unsafe. In order to promote the harmonious development among society, economy and environment, puts forward some suggestions of water resources security for Hechi City.
